We checked it at our end for three browsers - Chrome, Firefox, and Safari - we were able to download it. Sometimes, when browsers are not updated to their latest version, it could cause a bit of a delay in downloading files. Could you please tell us which browser and version you used for your review? @jagadeash_s1 I don't think that way - just sharing my first impression based on its UI and trying to understand how it is different. Thank you for pointing the MAD button I'll check it out.

@karthik_subramanian Thank you for sharing these features. I like the idea to randomize layouts automatically and work on trial and error in some situations - especially for non-designers. Better folder structure is something I miss on your competitor and I'll definitely try it out. And customer support is always important :) Tks again for clarifying.
