Hey everyone, Ben here. PicHero came out of one annoying moment. You finally dig out the original image, and it is still 600px wide. It knows how 9,000+ sites store their images. Hover one, press Shift+Alt+I, and you get the full-resolution file. Or swap every thumbnail on a page for its original in one click. Then it upscales 4x with Real-ESRGAN, running in your browser on your own hardware. Nothing is uploaded. The finding engine is a fork of maxurl, Apache 2.0, and the credit for that work goes to qsniyg. I built the extension around it, the on-device upscaler and the paid tools.
