Where do event photos go to die?

Launching something Thursday, but first I want to ask about something else.

Every wedding, birthday, company party I've been to ends the same way. Everyone takes photos. The host sends a shared album link or a Google Drive folder afterward. And then... almost nothing shows up. A few photos, weeks later, if you're lucky.

I've chased guests for photos myself. It doesn't work. People mean to send them and never do.

Is this just me or is this universal? Curious:

Have you ever actually sent your photos to a host after an event?

If you hosted something, how did collecting photos go?

Any workaround that actually worked?
