The Phaze team and I have been working on remote desktop technologies for more than a decade. We were the founders and early team behind another remote desktop product, Parsec. Parsec was a product for people to play games on other PCs when they weren't at home. Eventually, it was adopted by a lot of businesses during COVID. We learned a lot about what companies need from a remote access solution through that experience.
Now, we get to build it again for a new era. Today, the world is compute constrained. People and AI agents need access to computers to get things done. Companies need to stop treating high-end computers as personal equipment and start treating them as infrastructure.
