Petals - AI Wear - Clothing you can design with AI and buy.

Hi Makers, I'm excited to announce the launch of Petals.design! I wanted to create a place where you could use generative AI in a very tangible sense sense — to get stuff that you can wear. We're starting with socks and hoodies with a pattern-generator that uses a fine tuned stable diffusion model. We also added the ability to upload a photo of a pet or friend (although this feature is still in beta). Clothing is about expression, and generative AI — a tool that helps people translate their ideas to visuals — pairs smoothly with it. It isn't a perfect match, which means apparel like socks or hoodies will work better than shoes or pants. And custom designs don't have the weight that a logo does. But when someone designs a piece of clothing just for themselves, it certainly gains something special, and that's what we hope to enable.
