FastPermit - Instant AI Permit Pre-screening

I woke up and saw Jeff Bezos complaining about building permits. He was saying why does it take months to get a permit and someone should make an AI website that can tell yes or no in 10 seconds and if no give six things to fix. I immediately related because I’m planning to build a house in my backyard in Seattle someday but I’ve never filed a building permit. From what I’ve heard it can take as long as a year just to get an answer. So I thought why not just build it myself. The same day I made a tiny AI website that does exactly what Bezos was talking about. You upload a permit it gives a yes or no answer in about 10 seconds and if it says no it tells you six things you’d need to change to get a yes. It’s live now and the goal isn’t just to help me figure out my future backyard project hopefully it can help anyone who’s frustrated with the insane delays and bureaucracy of building permits.
