My friend Michelle Jones retired early from her professor job to launch an unconventional college, a college that is focused on identifying and maximizing student strengths; facilitating skills acquisition vs. book learning alone; and developing a portfolio of accomplishments that will help graduates confidently go to any job interview or client meeting.
