Curious how the custom AI automations actually get scoped out — do you build them on top of a specific stack like Make or n8n, or is it more custom code depending on what the client needs?
@gltenrd2p Hi Gülten! Great question. We take a hybrid, client-first approach depending entirely on the brand’s specific needs and existing infrastructure.
For most e-commerce and creative workflows, we leverage powerful visual infrastructure like Make.com or Zapier as the core foundation. This allows us to build, deploy, and scale stable automation logic incredibly fast.
However, we don't believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. If a client requires specialized data processing, custom API integrations, or deeper logic that standard platforms can't handle, our engineers step in to deploy custom code and bespoke scripts.
Ultimately, our goal is to build the most efficient, low-maintenance engine for the client's exact problem—whether that means a sleek low-code workflow, pure custom code, or a powerful combination of both!
It would be really helpful if you could add a simple project dashboard where clients can see real-time status updates, deliverables, and timelines without needing to email back and forth.
@salih416617 Hi Salih! Thanks so much for the feedback. We completely agree that email back-and-forth is a massive bottleneck, which is why we’ve completely bypassed it!
Instead of forcing clients to log into another complex web dashboard, we built a seamless Telegram Concierge portal. Every client gets a dedicated, private operational hub directly inside Telegram where real-time project updates, asset deliverables, and timelines are pinned and instantly accessible.
That said, expanding this into an integrated web portal using our automated stack is definitely on our roadmap to give clients the absolute best of both worlds!
