Update before launch

PennyPilot update: Finance Manager is getting smarter.

I added new local intelligence panels for:

- AI Financial Insights

- Portfolio Improvements

- Family / Shared Finance readiness

- Better mobile layout for the Manager page

The AI insights now use real app data from cashflow forecasts, reports, budgets, and assets. Portfolio checks can flag stale valuations, missing tickers, missing cost basis, and concentration risk.

Family/shared finance is not fully built yet, but the app now shows a readiness view with the foundations, blockers, and next engineering steps.

Also updated the test map and verified the new APIs and Manager page render correctly.

Next step: deploy to Render and test it live.
