V1.0.3 update added

Version 1.0.3 adds a new PennyPilot finance command center.

New updates include Cashflow Sankey charts, a balance sheet and asset allocation view, a PennyPilot AI assistant, internal finance tools for AI answers, and an affordability calculator. The dashboard layout is cleaner and more responsive, with the AI panel available as a desktop side panel or mobile drawer.
