Hi Product Hunt, I'm Keerthi, I make PDF Agents (AnyAIT, a small business). It started as pdfagents.ai, PDF tools that run in the browser so a contract or an invoice never gets uploaded. But real paperwork lives in folders, and a browser tab can't keep a private index of them, so we built a native Mac app. What it does, all on your Mac: • PDF Map (new in 0.7.1): every PDF you keep in one view, sized by file size, pages or count. Click a folder to list its PDFs; it finds duplicates, large scans and scans without text and hands them to the agents, after you've reviewed them. • Every everyday PDF job as an agent: convert, compress, OCR, redact, sign, edit text, fill forms. On one file or a whole folder, no page limits. • A graph of how your documents connect: which quote, contract and invoices share a client, a company or an IBAN. • Ask: on-device Apple Intelligence answers from your PDFs and shows the page it used. • Organizer Agent: proposes a folder structure, you preview it, one click undoes it. • Tax Package Agent: copies what your tax consultant needs into one hand-over package, after a gap check. • Finance Agent (0.7): numbers only from your bank statements, invoices and receipts matched to payments, trends per client and category, and a chat that takes corrections. The model never does arithmetic; every number comes from your own ledger. Your documents are never uploaded and never used for training. Ask and the Organizer work in flight mode. Pricing: the basic agents need no licence; a $29 one-time licence unlocks the rest (2 Macs, no subscription). macOS 15+, Apple Intelligence features need macOS 26. The screenshots use made-up demo documents. I'd love to hear which paperwork job you'd want an agent for next.
