I built Patterns because OCD tracking tools often felt either too clinical, too generic, or too tied to accounts and cloud sync.
Patterns is meant to be a calm, private place to notice loops: obsessions, compulsions, triggers, distress, mood, and ERP exposure practice. Everything stays local on your device, with no accounts or cloud uploads.
It started as a simple journal and grew into a cross-platform tool for iOS, Android, macOS, Windows, and Linux. I’d love feedback from people who journal, practice ERP, support someone with OCD, or care about private mental health tools.

Storing everything locally with no accounts or cloud sync is a really thoughtful choice for something this personal. Love that you built it across all platforms instead of locking people into one ecosystem.
