Do you still open clipboard history for something you copied 10 seconds ago?
I’m launching a small Mac productivity tool next Tuesday, and I’d love to get some feedback on the workflow before launch.
The problem I kept running into: I copy a few things, go back to an input field, open clipboard history, scan the list, pick one, paste it, and sometimes repeat the whole thing when it is not the right clip.
It feels like a tiny interruption, but it happens all day.
The interaction I’m testing is different:
paste the latest clip first,
press the same shortcut again to switch in place,
then keep typing without leaving the input field.
The goal is to turn a repeated clipboard action into a small speed advantage.
Would this feel faster than opening a clipboard history picker for your daily workflow?

I have changed the release date to Saturday, July 4th, because there is nothing extra to prepare, and I will not engage in some canvassing or the like. Anyway, please pay more attention and complain!
