I've always loved writing on paper it's how I think best. But typing everything up afterward? I'd skip it every time. My drafts stayed trapped on paper, half-finished and impossible to search or share.

There was also an honest frustration behind it: my right hand tends to shake a bit when I write. I could still write, but my notes never came out looking as neat as I wanted them to, and I'd often just give up on paper halfway through.

So I built Paperlead and the funny thing is, a few months after I started building it, the shakiness disappeared on its own. But by then I was already hooked on the workflow, because the real problem was never just my hand it was that paper notes are a dead end.
