PantryLink - Never run out of pantry essentials again

Hey PH! 👋 I'm Aaron, the developer behind PantryLink — and honestly, this app exists because I got tired of running out of ketchup. That sounds silly, but it was a real problem. With a family of six+, my wife and I were constantly playing catch-up — either we'd run out of something obvious mid-week, or we'd get to Sunday night with no real plan for meals and a fridge full of random ingredients that didn't go together. The mental load of just knowing what you have was exhausting. So I built PantryLink. What started as a simple inventory tracker grew into something I'm genuinely proud of — 24,000+ recipes that match against what's actually in your pantry, auto-generated shopping lists, barcode scanning, family sharing, a Chrome extension that saves recipes from any website in one click, and AI-powered meal planning. It's a PWA so it works offline and lives on your home screen like a native app. Free to get started, no credit card required. We're currently rolling out a public MCP server for developers who want to build on top of our recipe database, plus food recall notifications so families know when something in their pantry is affected by an FDA or CPSC recall.
