Hi folks, I'm Baris and I co-built Pansophic, which aims to automate the process of conducting user interviews and discovering insights.
I'm a product manager and my co-founder is a software engineer, and we've both had plenty of instances where we uncovered issues or opportunities through user feedback. Unfortunately we rarely get enough of it.
Surveys are great for answering specific questions, but they lack the nuanced responses that user interviews provide. Interviews, while rich in insights, are time-consuming to schedule, conduct, document, and summarize. Additionally, comparing results across different interviews to identify common insights adds to the difficulty. To address this issue, we created Pansophic.
Pansophic aims to combine the scalability of surveys with the depth of open-ended interviews. It lets you set up AI agents that conduct user interviews, providing you with interview transcripts, summaries, and consolidated insights from all the interviews.
