Hey everyone, Mihir here, Co-Founder & CEO of Pairwise 👋 We started working on this after speaking to dozens of founders who all said the same thing, finding a cofounder felt completely broken. Most platforms today are just directories. You scroll profiles, send cold messages, and hope something clicks. But choosing a cofounder is one of the most important decisions you’ll ever make, and it’s treated like browsing LinkedIn. We felt this firsthand too. The real challenge isn’t discovery, it’s alignment. How someone thinks, makes decisions, handles risk, and builds matters far more than what’s on their profile. That’s what led us to build Pairwise. Instead of profiles and swipes, we use structured interviews and AI to understand founders at a deeper level, then match them based on real compatibility.
