Can an offline product still work today at PH?

We are trying to launch something physical in a world dominated by apps, AI tools and digital platforms. That is a real challenge for us, and we are curious whether people will understand it, use it and help it spread.

Paint the Cameras Dead is a set of physical postcards created for the street. The project encourages people to notice the surveillance infrastructure that has quietly become part of everyday life. Cameras hang above doors, hide in corners and watch entire streets, yet most of us pass beneath them without looking up.

The postcards invite people to notice these systems, ask who controls them, question what they record and start conversations about surveillance in public space.

There is no account to create, no app to install and no technical knowledge required. You can print a postcard, share it, leave it in a café, library or community space, or use it as inspiration for your own small act of creative disobedience.

We believe art can do more than decorate walls. It can interrupt routines, reclaim attention and make invisible systems visible.

Do you think an offline project like this can work today?

Would you use the postcards, share them or leave them somewhere in your city? We would genuinely appreciate your honest feedback.
