What makes PAI unique versus other activity trackers out there is that it's science-backed and inclusive. You can do any activity you like, as long as you get your heart rate up, to earn PAI. The app accurately reflects the intensity and duration of each activity, and how it impacts your heart, to give you your PAI Score, making it adaptable to each person that uses it. I really like using PAI as honestly, it doesn't let me "cheat"! Sometimes I'll go for a jog and just walk half the time, which is still good for me, but not as good as if I actually do some interval training, or jog up a hill. So if I want to earn more PAI and get my weekly 100, it encourages me to do more high-intensity aerobic activities and give it my all.
