Pactto - The room where creative teams align and AI takes action
byā¢
Pactto is a new AI platform for creative teams to present work at studio quality, review assets assisted by AI agents that understand creative intent, capture every note, and can make changes live. Unlike Zoom or Google Meet, where context disappears when the call ends, Pactto rooms remember everything. Every conversation, every decision, every piece of feedback.

Hey Product Hunt š
I'm Demian Borba, co-founder and CEO of Pactto. For the past 2 years, we've been heads down building this in collaboration with some of the best creative minds in the world. Today, it finally goes out into the wild.
We started building a collaborative AI canvas before the category had a name. While the rest of the industry was shipping single-player AI tools, we were obsessed with a different question: what happens when AI agents enter a room where multiple people are creating together? Not as a chatbot in a sidebar, but as a real participant in the work.
In March 2026, a16z described "shared canvas AI platforms that multiple people can use at once" as a category that doesn't exist yet. Until today.
We built Pactto for creative teams. The room turned out to travel further than we expected. Some use cases we have on Pactto today:
š¬ Creative agencies. Every asset, board, and decision of an AI project in one room, from v1 to launch.
šļø Podcast teams. One room per episode. Brief it, review the cut at real quality, generate cover art, map every social short.
šļø Architects. Walk clients through renders and plans at full resolution, mark up the drawing, log every decision.
š Founders pitching. Present your deck and demo at full quality. Every investor question stays in the room instead of a follow-up email.
š Coaches. Review technique frame by frame, draw on the frame live, keep every cue in one room per athlete.
š£ļø Language tutors. A persistent room per student where every correction and vocab list is kept.
Every one of them is the same thing underneath: a room that doesn't reset when the meeting ends. Context doesn't disappear. It compounds.
The AI assistant is always listening, building context, suggesting actions, and taking action.
Bring your assets, present at the highest quality, review together, make decisions, and let AI agents apply them, live. All within the same shared context.

On behalf of the Pactto team: thank you! š
We'd love to hear what you think, what you'd break, and what you'd build with it. š
@demianborbaĀ Iād love to see a tutorial on how the podcast teams are using this specifically nice work team, Is there a mobile app for clients who want to review stuff on the go?
@vikramp7470Ā Hi there, thanks a lot for your comment here. We have a dedicated use case page that talks a little bit more of how podcast teams are using Pactto: https://www.pactto.com/use-cases/podcast-teams We don't have a mobile app, @Pactto is 100% browser based and it works really well on mobile, for instance, we run Stanford StartX AI roundtables every Friday on Pactto, and multiple people join from their mobile devices. And when the meeting is over, we can use Pactto to generate images or documents with summaries and action items. Last time, we created a full blog post before the meeting ended. Looking forward to hearing your thoughts.
@demianborbaĀ good to know the mobile browser experience is seamless, generating summaries and a full blog post right as a meeting ends sounds like a massive time saver for content workflows, Congrats for launch
@vikramp7470Ā thank you! Please give it a try and let us know your thoughts š
@demianborbaĀ can multiple team members review the same asset simultaneously ?
@dipanshu_kushwaha5Ā yes, especially if you are reviewing a video. The playback will sync in high quality across all people and devices, live. Please give it a try and let us know your thoughts.
@demianborbaĀ really cool tech, my friend! I wish I had this during covid days!
@sergioschulerĀ that is a great idea! It is even better now with all the AI that is available in Pactto rooms. Looking forward to hearing your thoughts. š
Hey Product Hunt š
I'm Sherif Assaf, co-founder and CPO for Pactto.
Today is a big day for us.Ā
After months of building, testing, questioning, redesigning, and rebuilding closely with our communityā¦
Pactto is live in Beta š
Pactto started from a frustration we kept seeing again and again:
AI-generated assets are accelerating creative output, pushing teams to take ideas from concept to production across more channels, formats, and variations faster than ever before. But human alignment remains the bottleneck in that process.
Assets live everywhere. Feedback is scattered across meetings, Slack, comments, and recordings. Decisions lose context. And edits still have to be carried manually across too many tools.
And thatās why we built Pactto.
Pactto is an AI-native room where creative teams meet, align and AI agents make changes live in one persistent room.
So with Pactto:
Your Project lives in one persistent room, where teams can bring all assets together in an infinite multiplayer canvas, organize them and review them live in high-quality synchronized playback.
Feedback stays connected to the work. Pactto listens to the conversation, understands what youāre referring to, and captures feedback in context while everyone is still there.
AI doesnāt just summarize. It acts. Pacttoās agents understand your intent and can turn voice feedback into edits, suggestions, tasks, and actions. Say it. Watch it change.
Ā The room remembers what meetings forget. Every asset, conversation, decision, task, and open question becomes part of the project memory. Come back tomorrow and Pactto knows where the work left off.
Weāre so grateful to the community that helped shape Pactto. Now we're most excited to see how people continue to use it, what works, what doesnāt, and what we need to make better.
As Demian mentioned, please reach out to him or myself (sherif@pactto.com) with any feedback or suggestions.
Thank You!
@sherif__assafĀ Let's go, team!! š„
@sherif__assafĀ i love the idea of a persistent room so we donāt lose all our context as soon as the call ends. nice work
Pactto is flexible enough to be used by any number of teams, but after getting a demo, I think it's especially valuable for content agencies, especially those working with video and animation. We would have used the sh!% out of this when I owned my agency. Highly recommend you check it out; plus, Demian is a just a good dude to connect with. Congrats team!
@jmtouheyĀ thank you so much for the epic connections, James! True supporter! š„
@superaibekĀ thank you so much for the support, Aibek. Thank you, from founder to founder. š
It could be useful to compare two versions side by side with the feedback attached to the extra changes.
@james_wilson60Ā You're absolutely right! We have versioning in place and now we're actively working on having them viewed side by side. It will be in Pactto shortly! Stay Tuned!
Please use the product and share any feedback directly with us (sherif@pactto.com and demian@pactto.com)
This is so exciting to me, I've seen the progress of Pactto over the past year or so, and to see where the team has been able to take this is insane. There is so many reasons for me to replace Zoom, Miro and even Figjam, and use Pactto instead.
One of the main things that always impressed me was the video playback, its real-time and synched, meaning you can have 20 people watch a 4K video live, and everyone will watch the same frame at the same time, in full resolution.
Absolute killer product for any remote video team, or even video team where you want to stay on top of your work.
But in my experience, this tool is for all remote teams, not just video, its simply a killer canvas, killer conference tool, killer video tool.
Hats up to Demian, Sherif, Amaro and the rest of the team š
Incredible to see how hard Demian and the team have worked on on perfecting the Pactto canvas and the collab tech behind it! Good luck with the PH launch.
@robhopeĀ thanks for the kind words, Rob! Can't wait to hear your feedback. š
The persistent rooms are interesting. Keeping feedback and decisions with the actual creative work could make version review much easier.
damn. what a feature packed platform. excited to jump into this!
