I started my career in consulting at a Big 4 firm and struggled every moment of it. After several years, I took a leap of faith and started my own cosmetic contract manufacturing company, learning many formulas from youtube and old chemistry textbooks I found at the local library. From there I gained a few clients and began to private label different types of natural cosmetics for their brands until I eventually gained the courage to launch my own DTC brand (Oxfordhill.co).
