Before a strategy meeting, what is the one question you wish your company could answer instantly?

For me, it’s usually one of these:

  • What changed since our last review?

  • What needs my attention now?

  • Which assumptions are no longer holding up?

  • Did our last decision actually work?

  • Who committed to what—and is it getting done?

This question led me to build Outside Chair — Strategy: one shared strategy workspace that teams can use directly inside ChatGPT or Claude.

But I’m curious about your experience. Which question would save you the most time—or prevent the most expensive mistake?

I’ll use the answers to shape the examples and prompts we publish for users.
