Everything about both vehicles is amazing. Simplicity in Design & packed with needed functionality...Elon my man! Damn! 🚚
Except for now they are prototypes with specs on paper, not products. Example: nobody in the industry knows how a 200kWh battery could possibly fit into the new Roadster (a while back Elon ruled out 100kWh for Model 3 because of its size).
I don't want to drive a truck, even this one, but Tesla really nailed it on the core concerns of truck drivers. Electric motors are a great match for these heavier loads and have seemingly delivered a best-in-class product. I think this product will have a legacy beyond truckers though - I'll feel a lot safer driving alongside a Tesla semi than a diesel one.
