Community feedback is shaping the next OSINTPRO risk graph work

Small OSINTPRO update: we got useful feedback from the OSINT community today around passive enrichment and confidence labels.

The strongest point was this: a tool should not just say "this domain has X". It should explain what is confirmed evidence, what is passive enrichment, and what is only an inferred risk path.
