When did your email client start feeling too busy?

I spend most of my day in email, and the tools I tried kept getting bigger. More sidebars, more dashboards, more features I rarely touched.

That is why I started building Orvia Mail. I wanted a native Mac inbox that could handle Outlook, QQ Mail, 163 Mail, Gmail, and custom IMAP without turning email into another workspace to manage.

I am curious about your experience. What is the one feature in your current email client that genuinely helps, and what is the first thing you would remove?

Orvia Mail - Email that asks less of you

Email apps are becoming workspaces, copilots, dashboards, and everything else. Orvia Mail takes a different approach: software can be powerful without being loud. The message stays at the center, AI stays in the background, and information appears only when it helps you decide. Orvia Mail is not trying to reinvent email, it brings email back to what it should be: read, decide, and move on with your day.
