Would like a refund for the rest of the credits I got here. I signed up primarily for the plagiarism checker. Unfortunately, the tool is too buggy to be useful. It says there is 6% plagiarism but does not highlight where in the text the plagiarism is. If I leave that page and come back to check the scanned text again, it says 100% plagiarism for some reason. So for me, a waste of money, unfortunately. I have some credits left but interested to know if I can get a refund back. Thanks.

Originality is a cool, powerful AI tool that detects plagiarism and duplication, saving you from legal issues. It's easy to use and a real time-saver. My question to the founder would be: Can you tell us more about what governs the detection logic, what if my content is written by me but flagged as AI, how can I prove it is not ?
