Ordelio.io - App-free browser queues for pickup and service counters

Ordelio is browser-based queue management for pickup counters and customer-facing teams. Staff create order or ticket numbers, update their status, and run a public display from a web workspace. Customers follow the queue on a shared screen or open their status page from a QR code or link—without installing an app. The core workflow needs no dedicated queue hardware or mandatory POS integration. Start with one simple queue, then add users, devices, customization, and analytics on eligible plans.

Hi Product Hunt 👋 I’m sharing Ordelio, a browser-based queue tool for places that call customers by an order or ticket number. The workflow is intentionally simple: staff create tickets and update their status in a web workspace; customers watch a shared queue display or open a live ticket page from a QR code or link. They do not need to install an Ordelio app, and the core setup does not depend on dedicated queue hardware or a POS integration. Ordelio is aimed at pickup counters, restaurants, cafés, service points and busy front desks that want a lightweight way to make queue status visible. It is not a reservation, appointment-booking, SMS notification, POS or identity-verification system. A free forever Basic plan is available for one simple queue, and paid plans add capabilities such as more users, devices, customisation and analytics. I’d especially value feedback on three things: 1. Is the public-display + personal-status-page model clear on first use? 2. Which queue setting would you test first? 3. Where would this deliberately lightweight workflow be the wrong fit? Thanks for taking a look. I’ll be here to answer questions throughout the launch.
