OrbitFlow 360 - AI project intelligence for PMs and executives

Hi Product Hunt 👋 I’m Alekhya, a project manager, and I built OrbitFlow 360 because of a problem I kept experiencing in my own work. We have plenty of project data — status reports, spreadsheets, risks, budgets, procurement updates, resource information, dependencies and new ideas. But understanding what actually needs attention, and explaining it clearly to leadership, is still difficult. A project can look green while risks are growing underneath. A dependency can sit unresolved. Procurement can start slipping. Resources can become overloaded. And sometimes we recognize the impact only when the project is already in trouble. I wanted something simpler: one place where project managers and executives can see what is changing, what needs attention, and where a decision is needed. That led me to build OrbitFlow 360. It brings project and portfolio information together and uses AI to help surface risks, trends and leadership insights. It also connects with tools teams already use rather than trying to replace everything. I’m still building and improving it, and I’d genuinely value feedback from this community — especially from project managers, PMO leaders and anyone responsible for multiple projects.
