Opera with Free VPN - Free VPN integrated into desktop Opera

@eonpilot @davidhurley87 Not very long at all. Who would have thought that it would be Opera that cripples the functionality. With the latest release, the VPN only works in a private window. So for people like me, who have pinned tabs for Facebook, Twitter etc. That require VPN, I've lost the functionality (unless I choose to re-login to all sites every session).

@eonpilot Living in China, I'm more interested in accessing sites like Facebook, Twitter etc. Not so worried about leaked ip addresses.
