The aim of this project is to develop an open source (and free as in free beer) solution to track the deployment in the global supply chain - from the manufacturer to the patients arm. The solution shall be globally scalable, available to everyone, and secure.

Hi PH, The idea of this project arrived soon after the vaccination process has been triggered and first reports where available in the press about inconsistencies in the supply chain - then I thought, this is an easy problem with today’s technology, why hasn’t it been solved already? It is my intrinsec desire to make a contribution for the world in this new times and I want to take active action. We are a group of 10 developers from the Technical University of Munich kicking the project off. Now the first MVP (with the focus on minimal) is in the work considering the blockchain technology. We are looking for contributors, designers, mentors, partners who can help us bring the product quickly on the market. Our purpose is that everybody in the world will know which vaccine he has received and if it has been shipped appropriately. We'd love to get some feedback and I'm happy to answer questions.
