On Deck Chief of Staff Fellowship - Where Chiefs of Staff go for support & to build superpowers.

@rishi_tripathy is doing a killer job as Chief of Staff at On Deck — but there's been many occasions where we've been brainstorming a problem or workflow, and found ourselves thinking "this must be a solved problem: many great CoS <> CEO teams will have been here, done this before." This program is building superpowers for Chiefs of Staff across the industry. We're gathering some of the best minds in the world together as speakers and founding fellows, adding robust curriculum, access to talent and other resources across the network, and a dash On Deck community magic. Can't wait to kick it off!

@rishi_tripathy congrats on the launch! You have opened my eyes to how much impact a great CoS can have on a company/team, and excited for more teams to have this experience.

This is a cool extension of the fellowship! I always say CoS is a mix of executive assistant and executive coach; important balance. Will you accept folks who have been CoS at smaller or non-hypergrowth companies. The challenge is still pretty heady
