OnboardBuddy - Get your new hires up to speed, fast

Hey all! We started as two teammates who had been through enough onboarding experiences -- with all the well-meaning welcome lunches, free stuff, and training modules -- to identify that there was a big, missing opportunity. An opportunity to provide new hires with the actual right tools and resources to begin translating and demystifying their new organization from hour one. It's not just about learning, but getting more comfortable, confident, and integrated into your team... all in a lightweight solution that businesses of any size can afford and use. We're tremendously excited to begin piloting OnboardBuddy and iterating this into something that will enable any new hire to begin performing at 100% faster than ever before.

I personally worked on the product for onboarding, and completed whole frontend for the Background Verification product, that was a really interesting project and i see tremendous amount of potential in this space, especially with part of world working from home. Good work guys! Congratulations!

I love the spirit of this! I've totally been there -- the training modules that aren't actually practical or up to date, or trying to figure out what the heck an acronym means and how it's used. I'd love to give this a spin and see whether my own small business might benefit from this tool.

This is super useful! It has all the stuff you'd want when you're adding someone new to the team. The sections remind me of the great plans we had at Atlassian to help us onboard, but this is much easier to set up!

This is what has been missing in trainings across our companies. It helps capture all that institutional knowledge that people really need to know to be effective inside of an organization. Right now most people learn this stuff over months of informal conversations. This is a handy resource that new hires can refer back to and is easy to maintain for managers

This tool seems valuable for improving both the efficiency and effectiveness of onboarding, especially given the new demands of onboarding remote individuals. Can't wait to test it out!
