We built Onboard in a weekend to solve a burning problem we had - large codebases are really hard to navigate when you're new to them. What we ended up with is an AI subject matter expert on any repo. It's like if ChatGPT had all the context for your repo when answering your questions. Great for people learning new repos, trying to contribute to open source, just trying to understand new projects and more. We even use Onboard to help us write Onboard.
