Hi, I'm Ilya, an AI engineer. I run several Claude Code sessions at the same time, often five or six across projects. The problem was never the sessions. It was finding out too late that one had stopped on a permission prompt or a question in a terminal tab I wasn't looking at.

On Deck is a small local app for macOS and Windows. It shows every session on one board: working, waiting for permission, asking a question, completed, error or idle. You can answer Claude's questions right from the card, jump to the session's terminal, and get a notification when something needs you.

What it doesn't do: it doesn't start or replace your sessions, and it doesn't send prompts. Everything runs on your machine. Anonymous usage counts are on by default and can be turned off in Settings. No prompts, code or session names are ever sent.

It's free. The Mac build isn't notarized yet, so macOS asks for confirmation on first launch. Here is the guide:

The Windows installer is unsigned, so SmartScreen will ask too.

Next up: a token and spending view with context size, cost per session and live subagents. Feedback is very welcome, especially on what breaks in your setup.
