What, exactly, is the difference between a Perspective and an Observation?
In our Product Hunt launch last month, we got a great question from the community: What do the insight types mean?
The Occasio® Insights Management Protocol is designed to give your micro-data the context it needs to become scalable, reliable intelligence – for both you and your machine.
This includes tagging your insights against one of 13 categories, defined to ensure you won't accidentally mistake an individual perspective from a verifiable fact, or treat conditional guidance as binding regulation.
The framework tracks two critical dimensions: 1) Scope (authority from Individual to Universal) and 2) Epistemology (grounding from Objective to Hypothetical).
A high-level overview is now included as a tooltip on the application filtering menu.
We've also released a brief guide for anyone interested in diving deeper.
