I’m Mantas, the founder of NXTL eSIM. Today we’re sharing our Android and iOS apps, which bring the things you need before, during and after a trip into one place.

Here’s a 30-second look at the app:

We know travel eSIMs aren’t new. Our mission is quite straightforward: make mobile connectivity worldwide as affordable and flexible as we can, with pricing people can understand and an eSIM they can keep.

The problem we wanted to solve is having to predict how much data you’ll need, choose a new pack for each trip, and worry about what happens to whatever you don’t use. With NXTL, you install one reusable data eSIM, add prepaid balance, and pay for the data you actually use at the published rate of the network you connect to. Unused balance never expires, so you can keep it for another trip or use NXTL as backup data at home.

Here’s what the apps let you do:

1. Check country and network rates and estimate your data costs before travelling.

2. Purchase and manage eSIMs, top up your shared balance, and see your remaining credit.

3. Review individual data sessions and their charges, so you can see where your balance went.

4. Track NXTL Rewards: Tokens, usage discounts, challenges and the monthly leaderboard.

The service works in 180+ supported countries across 460+ networks, with 5G where available and hotspot support. There’s no monthly subscription. If you manage several devices, each needs its own eSIM, but your NXTL eSIMs can draw from the same account balance.

A small comparison, because I think it helps explain the offer: a fixed bundle gives you a data allowance for a set period. That can work very well if it matches your trip. NXTL works well when your usage varies or you visit several countries: if you use 1 GB, you pay for that 1 GB at the applicable network rate, and the remaining balance stays yours.

I won’t claim we’re the cheapest option in every country or for every traveller. A local SIM or a large bundle can be better value for heavy usage. We want NXTL to be a useful option you can keep ready, with clear rates and no need to buy another country pack each time.
