Notivo - Remember the moments that make better managers

by
Notivo is a private work memory for managers. It helps you capture small but important moments about your team throughout the year — 1:1 notes, feedback signals, achievements, concerns, and context you would otherwise forget. Notes stay organized by person and month, so when it is time for a check-in, review, or difficult conversation, you are not relying on memory. Notivo feels like a notebook, but works like a structured system for better management.

Most managers don’t lack good intentions. They lack memory. Important context about people gets lost throughout the year: small wins, follow-ups, concerns, 1:1 notes, promises, feedback signals, and moments that would make future conversations much clearer. By the time performance reviews, check-ins, or difficult conversations happen, managers often rely on memory, scattered docs, or a few recent events. Notivo was built to solve that. It is a private work memory for managers — a simple, notebook-like place to capture employee notes throughout the year, organized by person and month. The goal is not to replace HR systems or create more admin work. The goal is to help managers remember better, prepare better feedback, and make people-related conversations more fair, specific, and useful. We’re launching early and would love feedback from managers, founders, and team leads: How do you currently keep track of important context about your team?
