How many tabs do you have open right now, and how do you remember why you opened them?

Be honest: how many tabs are currently open in your browser?

While building NoteClip, I noticed that most of us treat browser tabs as an ad-hoc to-do list, but we lose context after just a couple of hours.

I’d love to know: what’s your current system for keeping track of why a tab is open? Do you use bookmarks, a separate note app, or just pure memory?
