Big GTM opportunity for this in India!
NotCommon is an innovative browser extension that provides users with a powerful tool for verifying the authenticity of websites and social media profiles in real-time. This extension is particularly useful in today's digital landscape, where impersonation scams are increasingly common. The real-time green legit ✅ indicator offers immediate reassurance, allowing users to browse with confidence. One of the standout features of NotCommon is its ability to verify accounts even in direct messages, which adds an extra layer of security for users engaging in online conversations. The user-friendly interface makes it easy to navigate, ensuring that even those who are not tech-savvy can benefit from its features. As a constructive suggestion, it would be great if NotCommon could introduce a community feedback feature where users can report suspicious accounts or websites. This could enhance the verification process and create a more robust database of verified information. Overall, NotCommon is a must-have extension for anyone looking to protect themselves from online scams and ensure a safer browsing experience!
Thanks for the suggestion! We’d love to incorporate more community features and feedback as the product evolves. You’re absolutely right — this would really help enhance the process.

The real-time green legit ✅ indicator is such a smart feature, providing instant verification whether you're browsing websites or checking out social media profiles—even in DMs. I've always been cautious about impersonation scams, and this extension seems like the perfect tool to stay protected. Kudos to and for creating something so essential. Congratulations on the launch 🎉 Not common looks cool! I’ve been developing ConverForm.com, a tool that turns static forms into engaging, conversational experiences—could be a great way to connect with your early adopters. All the best ahead!
Nice idea and tools, It will help general people and marketers identify the potential users. Great work Hamza
Thanks! We’ve also added some fun features, such as a versus tool that lets you compare followings across different platforms and top lists to help you discover new people using data.
First of all, congratulations on the launch! The idea is great, but I tested it on different websites. While it works fine on some, it doesn't work at all on most of them. Main talking about extension.
Thanks for the support! We definitely recognize the need to expand our coverage. For this beta launch, we’ve focused on the most commonly impersonated entities—such as banks, charities, and eCommerce companies. However, we’re committed to continuing our efforts to verify even more sites as we grow.
Congratulations on launch of Not Common...
💡 Bright idea
Would be cool if this took into account bot following or potential bot followings because an account may be “verified and valid” but the trust that they are gleaming, comes from the size of their following, which may be fake
Great idea!
NotCommon is such a valuable tool for improving online safety! Verifying profiles across platforms is a game-changer for avoiding scams and fake account. Thanks to the team for making this much-needed solution accessible! 👏 Can’t wait to see how this evolves!
Thanks. We're excited to keep iterating on it. Determining what's real online is a huge problem!
I need this! I'll definitely recommend my parents and grandparents to install it. Actually, I wanna install it for them right now! 😉
Thanks. While I might be a bit biased, I’ve already installed it on my parents’ computer. 😉
