Hypership turned our feature requests into 5 releases in a week

We've been using Hypership as the public request board for NotchDodo (https://notchdodo.com), a Mac app that turns the MacBook notch into a dashboard.

The loop is simple: someone posts a request, people upvote it, we build it, and the card flips to Shipped with the version it landed in.

Here's what's shipped from the board so far:

• Running dev servers: every localhost port in the notch, with one-click stop

• Weekly and monthly Wrapped: a shareable recap of your focus time, cursor miles and AI tokens

• Menu bar icons hidden behind the notch: see them and open them from NotchDodo

• Custom keyboard shortcuts: open any tool with your own key combo

• A game while Claude works: Dodo Run, which pauses when Claude Code needs you

Having everything in one public place means users can see that their ask actually went somewhere, and that makes them post more.
