Not a Bad Life - A micro-journaling app to track your good and bad days.

Not a Bad Life is a privacy‑first micro‑journal that asks one simple question each day: was it good or bad? Then tell Skippy, the friendly rescue cat on the screen, a few lines about how your day went. Available on the Apple App Store and Google Play.

The idea behind “Not a Bad Life” is that many people benefit from the ability to put their days into perspective. Are they mostly having good days or bad days? If they are having bad days, maybe they can fix that trend. Maybe a couple of bad days feel overwhelming, but put in perspective it’s not that bad, and combined with micro-journaling, perhaps patterns of causes can be easier to determine. Skippy, the app’s resident cat, is based on a real cat who began his life as a feral living out in the woods. He has a cloudy eye, a clipped ear, a crooked but fluffy tail, and a slight limp from his stray days, but he loves his life now, as an indoor cat. He particularly likes when people talk to him, so he’s here to be a friend to tell about your day. Auspex Labs is a cybersecurity company at its heart. Everything in Not a Bad Life is encrypted from end to end and we take your privacy seriously. We aren’t showing ads and we aren’t selling user data in any way. Your journal is just for you.
