Hi Product Hunt 👋 I’m building Nomily, an independent BYOK AI companion for voice recorders. I started Nomily around one question: Why should a voice recorder lock users into one AI provider or subscription? The idea is to separate the recorder from the AI layer: Recorder → Nomily → Your API Key → Your AI The current working setup supports Vobot V05E, with native iOS and Android clients plus Apple Watch recording. Today, Nomily can sync recordings, import audio files, generate transcripts and AI summaries, support live transcription, and let users configure their own AI provider. Current recorder support: Vobot V05E I’m also exploring future compatibility with Plaud, Pocket, DingTalk A1, TicNote and other recorders, along with Web Portal and MCP integrations. Nomily is still an early public preview, so I’m sharing it early to learn from people who already use AI recorders, meeting tools, local AI, or BYOK workflows.
