Leaders and employees have annual reviews that make little sense for them. The competencies they are evaluated on are most of the times abstract, hard to understand what they mean. We wanted a product that can take bland competency frameworks and turns them into concrete behaviors, then produce decision-making scenarios about those behaviors. This way, people stop having stressful conversations at the end of the year performance review, because they have a clear mental model of what behaviors support what competency.
