๐Ÿ‘‹ Iโ€™m Emil, Iโ€™ve done the journey you are about to embark on: learning machine learning and landing a job without a degree. Itโ€™s hard. I remember when I started. People gave me different advice. Some told me to learn algebra, calculus, and statistics; others emphasized pipelines, Kaggle, SQL, and Git; and some told me to do LeetCode, CS theory, and study the Deep Learning Book. It's confusing. But it's also not clear where or how you should learn all these things. Should I do a boot camp, a nano degree, take different online courses, read books, or spend time on Kaggle. And then you have to turn all of that into a resume and find an ML job. In hindsight, I felt a lot of the advice I got was not applicable to self-learners and more misleading than helpful. Hence, I wrote this guide to help someone who wants to learn machine learning but might not have the time, money, or interest to get a degree.
