Who owns it?

What permissions does it have?
Is it still safe?
And when something is no longer needed, who retires it?
That's the problem we're exploring with Nixora, a control plane for AI-generated software.
We're currently in closed beta. We've had 65 CLI installs and 45 real production deployments, with all five Phase 1 capabilities live: hosting, auth, HTTPS, shareable URLs, and CLI-based deployment. We've also had 47 people join our early-access waitlist.
But we're still early, and we'd rather learn from builders than assume we know the answer.
