Hey Product Hunt 👋 I’m Iñaki, the (very) small team behind NinjaNote. NinjaNote started as a personal fix for a very normal problem: my brain works in voice notes… but my life doesn’t. I’d send myself WhatsApp audios, record ideas while walking, dictate reminders in the car — and then lose everything in a messy pile of audio across apps. So I built a tiny prototype that did one thing: turn an audio into a clean note. Then people around me tried it and the requests started: “Can it split one long audio into multiple notes?” “Can it auto-categorize them so I don’t have to?” “Can I share a WhatsApp audio straight into it?” “Can I add photos/links and keep everything in one place?” Little by little, NinjaNote evolved into what it is today: a fast, simple place to capture audio and instantly get organized notes you can actually use (on desktop, mobile, tablet — whatever you’re on). This launch is me doing the scary part: putting it out there and learning in public. If you try it, I’d love your honest feedback: What’s the first thing that confused you? What would make you use it every day? What’s the one feature you wish it had? I’ll be here all day replying. Thanks for checking it out 🙏

Hey everyone 👋
I’m the solo maker behind NinjaNote and I just wanted to say thank you to everyone who has taken a look today.

I know there are many launches here and it’s easy to scroll past yet another “productivity tool”, but NinjaNote is something I’ve been building slowly, as a teacher and indie maker, to solve a very real problem: turning messy voice notes into something you can actually use.

If you’ve tried it, I’d really appreciate:

  • your honest feedback,

  • a comment with what you’d improve,

  • and, if you like it, your support with an upvote 💛

Every bit of feedback really helps me decide what to build next. Thanks for being here.
