Hi Product Hunt! 👋
We built N-Voice because too many Australian tradies and small businesses were losing work from missed calls — voicemail just doesn't cut it anymore.
N-Voice is an AI phone receptionist that answers every call 24/7 in a natural Australian voice. It books jobs straight into your calendar, captures lead details, forwards genuine emergencies to a human, and sends you an SMS summary after every call. Setup takes minutes with simple call forwarding — no new hardware or phone numbers to change.
We'd love your feedback, and happy to answer anything about how it handles real Aussie callers, accents, and suburb names. 🙌

One thing that would be great is letting the AI recognise returning customers by phone number and greet them by name with their last job details. Would save so much time for tradies whose clients ring back repeatedly about the same work.

The natural Australian voice option is a really thoughtful touch, especially for local tradies who want something that actually sounds like part of the team rather than a generic bot.

How does it handle tricky situations like when someone asks to speak to a human outright or throws a curveball question it hasn't been trained on?

curious how it handles the accent side of things — does it pick up slang or industry specific terms naturally or does it need training first? also wondering if it can patch into our existing job management software or if we are stuck double handling
