Is anyone else exhausted by the ATS black box?

Getting a resume past automated ATS filters feels like a complete guessing game right now.

I recently started building a tool to help with my own job search, aiming to bring some engineering rigour to the process. The goal was to build a structured job search hub that uses AI to perfectly tailor cover letters and resumes to specific job descriptions, but strictly using only the user's real, proven experience. No fluff, no fake metrics.

That personal project eventually turned into a full platform called NextOrbit, which I am launching here today.

Have any of you found consistent strategies for getting past the initial ATS screening layer? I would love to know what is working for you right now.
