Hi, I'm Demetris! I'm a Lead Architect and engineer based in Melbourne. For the last 16 years, I’ve worked in healthcare, engineering backend systems for the fast-paced clinical trials space focusing on cognition and human performance. Right now, I'm taking my background in building complex, event-driven architectures and applying it to consumer SaaS. I recently founded Kinetos Labs and am launching NextOrbit, a smart job tracking app that uses AI to help users manage their entire interview pipeline. My goal is to launch independent products that empower people to reach their full potential—starting with their careers, and eventually expanding into other areas of personal optimisation. Is anyone else exhausted by the ATS black box?

Getting a resume past automated ATS filters feels like a complete guessing game right now.

I recently started building a tool to help with my own job search, aiming to bring some engineering rigour to the process. The goal was to build a structured job search hub that uses AI to perfectly tailor cover letters and resumes to specific job descriptions, but strictly using only the user's real, proven experience. No fluff, no fake metrics.
