Hey Product Hunt 👋
I’m Mas, founder of NextDocs.
I built NextDocs because I’ve always struggled with design. As a consultant I spent hours trying to make documents and presentations look professional. Formatting, layout, spacing, fonts. It was slow and honestly pretty frustrating.
AI could generate content, but the output still needed a lot of work to become something you could actually send to a client.
So we built NextDocs, an AI native editor that turns simple prompts into polished docs and slides in seconds.
The goal is simple.
Describe what you want → get multiple professional versions instantly.
From there you can edit everything just like a normal document editor, or use AI editing tools to refine sections, rewrite text, expand ideas, or adjust tone. The idea is to combine AI generation with full manual control, so you are never stuck with what the AI gives you.
A few things people love so far:
• Generate multiple document versions instantly • Works for slides, reports, proposals, resumes and more • Edit manually like a normal editor or refine with AI • Built-in formatting, design, and export tools
We recently crossed $120K ARR in under 6 months, which has been surreal.
Still very early, and we’re improving the product every week.
I would genuinely love feedback from the Product Hunt community.
What documents or slides do you create most often?
Last year we ripped out DocuSign and Adobe Sign completely (full stop), no looking back. Nextdocs just works better with how we operate. Clients are happy, the sales team is happy, and it slots right into our workflows without friction.
After years of running consultancy work worth millions of dollars, we learned the hard way that how you present matters just as much as what you're selling. A tool like Nextdocs genuinely moves the needle on sales and conversion rates.
Can't recommend it enough.

@kasaei I appreciate your breakdown, Kevin. Spot-on points on workflow fit and conversion impact. I shared some homepage and messaging observations of PADISO over LinkedIn that might complement this perspective. Happy to dive deeper if helpful.

I tried to get Canva to put a deck together and it was useless. Next docs is way better.
If u like hand crafting ur decks for hours stick with Canva lol

This is slick.
Preferring the designs I am getting out of this so far compared to Gamma 🤘

Big congrats on the launch! Working at a startup means I am constantly throwing together pitch decks and one-pagers, and something like this would save me so much time! Love the fact that I can get multiple versions instantly and can still manually tweak everything. Can you match a company's existing brand kit or style guidelines when generating docs?
I just created my first deck with NextDocs. so far, it's very intuitive and easy to use.

I have tried a number of similar tools looking for one that is easy to use, and NextDocs just works where other don't. NextDocs is the best one I have found. It is not perfect, but it is better than any of the others I have tried. I really like that I can easily fix some formatting I don’t like without using any credits. It also does a good job of taking in information and using it to create a document that makes sense. Many products in this category provide great visuals, but their output does not make sense. I also like the new Brand Kit which simplifies creation with my look & feel.

I’m always making presentations. Was pleasantly suprised by the quality of results. Being able to edit the generated output gave me a solid base to start the deck on and add the final touches myself. Nice work.
